Yesterday I made Tamales for a friend and her family. The chicken I was going to use had mold growin mg on the lids. At that point you have to toss the chicken. Sucks! Know I have to go through the meats to make sure they are okay. Yeah!

Sweet and heat of this jam would be amazing. Being a Southern girl I dig sweet and heat. I use to go strawberry picking in Florida. Yes you get a better quality of berry that way. The deep beautiful purple color is incredible.
