Our girl Nagi has simplified Fried Rice. Throw everything in a pan put it in the oven. Cover bake for 40 minutes. I am going to bake this off in April and store in the freezer cooked and ready to be heated next summer. This would be an excellent freezer meal.

This is one of the most expensive herb combinations on the market. No joke. Not that it has unique hard to find herbs. Rather it’s a French herbal product. I get herbs can be expensive to grow. Let’s be responsible. There’s very little difference between Italian herb combinations and South French herbs combination.
Liesa is reviewing Denali Lids for canning. These are crazy expensive. Seriously! $11 bucks a box. And they are basically the same as Ball lids.
Mama Noi makes Thao fried chicken the way she grew up eating it in Thailand. I noticed she doesn’t use flour or cornstarch. The chicken still came out beautifully. It was juicy inside and crispy on the outside.
Mama Noi packed a great deal of flavor in these wonderful pieces of chicken.

This article highlights the wonderful aspects of of Southeast Asia’s cuisine. Fresh ingredients! Marion from Marion’s Kitchen has done numerous videos emphasizing the use of fresh ingredients. Of course, getting coriander (cilantro) with roots attached here in America is hard.
We Americans like fresh ingredients as long as they don’t have things like roots attached. We wouldn’t want to be reminded of the fact they were in the ground at one time. This article does give directions to freshen up store bought items.
Wednesday it was reported by a news station out of Topeka Kansas that an employee collapsed while working in their station. They later died. 911 wasn’t called or maybe they would have lived. Of course, they squeezed COVID-19 into the picture as they contributed to the death, not the pace they had to work at. Because, hey, if people in other countries know that people here are worked to death they won’t want to come here.
Of course, the news station shared the corporate view of what happened and downplayed the truth. According to the company representative, the gentleman had a heart attack while working. Why didn’t they call 911? Seriously! When I see someone in medical distress I automatically call 911 because I am not a doctor. I guess letting him die to keep profits up would have been cheaper than paying out benefits on the benefits package he was promised when took this job. This is the level of greed that contributed to God destroying Isreal the last time he did. So I am asking you are you willing to help these folks by boycotting the products Frito Lay makes. Before you answer here’s what they won in their protest that lasted 17 days and got ignored for the most. Guaranteed Days off! That’s it. No pay raise just guaranteed days off. Are you just tingly all over at that! Just warms my heart that people die on the job and the survivors of the factory are given guaranteed days off.
I feel like I should do a brochure for people who want to immigrate to America for work opportunities. Actually, scratch that they wouldn’t come here if I did.

I haven’t done a product review since the spring with the cookbook holder. Yeah! This year has just flown right by and I don’t even know how to catch my breath at this point.
I recently bought and have used some Hoosier Hill Farm products. I have used them in bread and mashed potatoes. So good. I do have three other products which I haven’t used yet and as soon as I do I will give you feedback on them. For now, it’s the buttermilk, heavy cream, sour cream, and white cheddar. They are awesome. As I said I have used them in bread and they are fantastic.
Mashed potatoes are incredible with buttermilk and white cheddar.

Noreen is absolutely wonderful. I have been watching her for a couple of years and love her. This is a retro recipe is fantastic. Seriously! For summer time no one wants spend a great deal of time in the kitchen. It’s already hot. So having a cook range adding extra heat. Recipes like this is the answer.
