GARLICKY MUSHROOM BOLOGNESE: This wonderful bolognese uses mushrooms in the place of meat. Also, Fettuccine in the place of regular pasta. This would be awesome with garlic cheese bread and a Ceasar Salad. For dessert go with a light gelato with a fruit compote.

Two weeks ago AT&T accidentally canceled our internet service. They processed the order for our old apartment. I have no idea why this happened. It’s fixed so back to the internet highway. Happiness!

Easter Dinner

Have you decided where Easter Dinner will be? Excellent! So let’s talk about help. This is the hard part. Enlisting help with the preparations like cooking and cleaning your home.

Now would be a great time to see what you have and need to borrow. BORROW not buy. How many have signed up to attend and what are they bringing? “Why are you doing this so early?” You might hear this several times. Just remind these annoying people that we are goong in March already.

Once you have this done you can start planning decorations and proteins.

I have wanted to learn how to sew for years. My late mom didn’t have the patience to teach me. So I am reaching out to y’all about this. Where is a good place to start? What machine do you have? What did you learn on?

My late mom had a Singer for years. Right now I am just trying to learn basic skills. I am not going to get into the fancy things. Just basic things like home decor and eventual clothes. For the clothes it’ll be basic cover “my” private business. I am hoping by end of the year I’ll be able to make a basic house dress.
