I had a menu printed up and as I did this video I pretty much changed the whole week. Yeah! So it’s going to be leftovers for today and tomorrow is grilled sandwiches. Tuesday Lasagna. Yum!!! Wednesday will be whatever we get to. Thursday will be Muffins for Breakfast convenience foods. I will be doing chocolate chip muffins. Friday will be chili with cornbread made in the cast iron pan. Saturday Burrito Casserole. I will record as much as possible.
Tomorrow’s Video
Tomorrow’s video will be on the menu for the week and the recording I will be doing.
Sausage Balls
This are a great appetizer. You can make them ahead and pull them out at the holidays. Below will be comparative recipes. The one I used is copy write.

Sausage Balls
Plan for Today
I had so many plans for today. Make sausage balls, clean the kitchen, clear the fridge out and then it happened. I fir whatever reason skinned my keft shin on our couch.
I can’t even stand for longer then 5 minutes right now. I just washed dishes and I still have to go back out and take two alieve. At keadt I git the garbage out before my day went to garbage. I will see y’all tomorrow.
Asparagus
This video was inspired by my daughter Ani (this a nickname she got from her maternal great-grandmother). She bought a bunch of asparagus last week and wanted to know how to cook it. This is only one way. The possibilities are endless.
For this video I used a Panzo seasoning and I cooked the asparagus for 25 minutes at 350. You can get it in your local store in the Asian food aisle. I will include three processes just to get you started.
First, recipe comes from Stay At Home Chef. As the recipe says, it’s how to roast asparagus. https://thestayathomechef.com/roasted-asparagus/
Second, Carlsbad Craving BAKED ASPARAGUS WITH PARMESAN https://carlsbadcravings.com/baked-asparagus/
Third and final, from Natasha’s Kitchen. Natasha did a casserole with asparagus as the star. https://natashaskitchen.com/asparagus-casserole/?utm_medium=social&utm_source=pinterest&utm_campaign=tailwind_smartloop&utm_content=smartloop&utm_term=26081174
Here is the video I did for Ani. https://youtu.be/8CiV-NKtz7g
Cold Coffee
This is a simple and delicious recipe. I prefer it over the commercial version.
4-6 oz. cold coffee of your choice
2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 cookies of your choice
Put everything in a blender and blend together. Stop when the drink hits the thickness of your desire.
Red Velvet Waffles
I have seen so many interesting and fun things being cooked on a waffle maker. I had to try it. Went with the Red Velvet Cake mix because I knew Antonia and I both like it. It was a guaranteed like. I do look forward to doing other things on my waffle maker. Below I will leave an example.
RED VELVET WAFFLES WITH CREAM CHEESE GLAZE https://keviniscooking.com/red-velvet-waffles-with-cream-cheese-glaze/
There is just one example of the neat things being done on a waffle maker. I can’t wait to try a quesadilla on it.

Multi Berry Jam
I love this jam recipe. You can change the berry combinations. Just don’t change the lemon juice. Unfortunately, lemons are the quality they once were. It is recommended to use lemon juice in a bottle.
The physical recipe is at Ball Back to Basics page 40. It’s well worth the price of the book. The video will be up later today. Today I will be doing the waffles with Red Velvet Cake Mix. Okay! I know it’s a mass produced cake mix. I got it free at a food pantry.
Make Your Own Condiments
This is easier than you think. My favorite condiments tend to be homemade ketchup. The commercial brands are to vinegary. I like mustard, I just feel I could do better. A1 and Heniz 57 have always been favorites along with Worcestershire Sauce. Finding recipes for these items are easy now with the internet. I will include one each below with the link to my video.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
My favorite BBQ sauce hands down if I am going to buy it in a store. https://fabulesslyfrugal.com/recipes/homemade-bbq-sauce-recipe-sweet-baby-rays-copycat/#_a5y_p=1348566
Mustard
This will be the last one for today.
Alright y’all I will stop here not that I want to, but it’s getting close to Fall and I am feeling it. So here’s the link for the video;
Two Unplanned Videos
I had planned on recording the egg bites video. The only problem is that I didn’t know the memory card was broken beyond repair. Hooray for technology… Oh well, I have a wonderful neighbor who is going to take me to Wal-Mart as my car needs a front right wheel barring replaced. The joys of car ownership right. Anyway I found two videos on my Anarchy Land Channel I posted this year that will be nice for y’all to watch. One will be out tomorrow and the second one will be Monday. I will record the Tijuana Torte.
Video one: Make Your Own Condiments Sunday Morning
Yeah! We spend millions every year on condiments alone. With ketchup and mustard being the most popular. We are going to start in October making our own condiments. These videos will be on both channels.
Video Two: Pressure Canning Safety Tuesday
This video is a quick course on Pressure canning. It is straight forward about the procedures.
Video Three: Multi Berry Jam Monday Morning
I love recipes like this. They are easy and flexible. Meaning you can change out the berries to whatever you have in your freezer. Make sure you follow the directions for the pectin and sugar. If you want a low and no sugar jam then you have to get the pectin for that. Pinterest has thousands of recipes for them. I don’t feel like I have enough experience to start telling people how to create your recipes.
