This is going to be a quick post. Last Thursday during the daily back-patting session, Trump made an off-handed comment about the effectiveness of disinfectants and if they would work if consumed. I don’t know if he realized that there are actually people in this country stupid enough to do this. Apparently, there was. There were calls to the poison control center regarding people who had actually done this very thing. 

To make a long story short, there were people who actually drank bleach and tried to inject Lysol into their bodies. This is what happens when your leader is an idiot. Trump can build with the best (or worst) of them. He can set in an office while others bust their ass making him a billionaire. No question about it. But he isn’t a doctor. Please take his sarcasm with a grain of salt. 

Over the last few days, I have collecting articles on our food chain system. There is a common theme, Meat Packing Plants are closing till an unknown date. Think about this, two years ago Beyond Meat came out and there was so many ads for it. Edward Bernays would be proud. The propaganda went into overdrive. However, most of us said, “Thank you, but no thank you.”  Now we are going to be forced to eat it. Big meat companies like Tyson and Purdue started diversifying their product line into fake meat. 

What does this mean? It’s going to mean shortages, livestock culling, and worst yet, more people unemployed. Because there are not enough people unemployed now. We need more people unemployed and homebound. Great idea! Food banks are seeing an explosion of people who have never been to a food bank. People who had always worked are now unemployed because of the broken food chain. Remember that great farm aid pack that Trump was going to give farmers to help them. Well, according to the USDA it’s a joke. Someone Trump himself appointed to the position of Secretary of USDA is saying this. 

Last year Burger King introduced the Impossible Whooper. It was the commercial use of fake meat roll out. Or just another push for fake meat. Many people have had positive reviews of it. Personally, when I go to Burger King it’s for the Whooper JR. I am not paying $5 for fake meat. I can do that right over to Krogers thank you very much. I don’t think meat will disappear altogether. As long as we have small private farmers and ranchers who are willing to sell livestock to people privately, the meat won’t disappear. 

Where do I see this going? If this goes on any longer, say six months to two years, I see people going after the wealthy bougerious. What are they going to do when their own security teams turn on them? They will be screwed. They will have access to things that we won’t and there will be a price for them to pay. However, they are so arrogant that they can’t comprehend what will happen once they don’t have anyone to clean after them, cook for them, cut their yard, maintain their pools, and make sure they don’t run out of food. Why? These people will turn on them. I look forward to that day.

According to Tyler Durden, this virus isn’t the end of the world. I agree. I am not so much worried about a virus as I am the financial fallout. We are currently binge-watching tv shows and eating. If obesity was the only problem we could celebrate. Not only are people binge eating but they are binge drinking, gambling, and using drugs (legal and illegal). On top of everything else, no one is allowed to go to a gym. Pioneers walked a lot. There’s a hint. Use common sense for your area. Social distancing, using a mask if you are required to and so on. I personally have been watching a lot of DVDs, Netflix, and Hulu. We get out to walk Sarge because he can’t walk himself. Bottom line of this article is that the longer Americans are forced to hunker down, the more self-destructive we will become.

Here is something to think about the longer this lockdown goes on. Will these riots happen here in America. I don’t have an answer and according to the above article, we will be too fat, lazy, and completely out of shape to riot over anything besides a shortage of Oreos. The truth is this disruption was engineered. We do have some people who came out to protest on Trump’s cue but that is it. It took a green light from this fat arrogant jerk to get people to protest our lockdown.

Let’s be honest, this virus isn’t the reason we are going to see shortages of food across the world. It has exposed weakness in the system. It will affect the shortages we will see in the Fall and into 2021. Possible even up till 2025. What people won’t talk about is the fact we are going into a Solar Minimum. Which simply means less sun and more terrible weather. Leaving out DARPA’s involvement. There is no doubt that crops like rice, wheat, and various other crops will be in trouble and the things we are used to seeing will be going away for a long time. Which brings us to the next article on winter wheat plantings.

Partly because they can’t be processed in time and partly because the government has ordered them to.

Take whatever apples you have and slice them as thinly as possible. No, you are not going to get them as thin as commercially produced chips. We don’t have the heavy-duty slicing equipment. Nor do we have the dehydrating equipment. The recipe is the basic instructions. You can flavor the chips however you like.

When you can your own meat you get a sense of satisfaction knowing you’re not completely dependent on a store for this part of life. Yes, I had to buy the chicken from Kroger. It is what it is for right now. 

Here are some important things to remember:

1. Pint jars are 75 minutes or 1 hour and 15 minutes.
2. Quarts jars are 90 minutes or 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3. If you run a session with quarts with a pint you must use the quart time. 
4. Cut chicken, (or whatever meat you are using) into uniform sizes. This way it all gets done at the same time. 
5. Wipe your rim off. Especially if you are using high-fat meat like pork roast. 
6. Keep your manual close.
7. Don’t live your canner running unsupervised.

Other than that, can away and have a wonderful time.

#Quarantine Chicken Canning 

Five years ago I set out on a task that I was going to wake Americans up one way or another. I was going to save Americans from the tyrannical government. I still hope to do that for future generations. I believe in this great nation and all we can be. It’s why my late father risked his life for this nation. I believe in his desire to protect his home. His country. I may not have been able to pass the ASVAB test to enter the Army and serve the nation as he did. I will serve by trying as long as it takes to wake the sleeping herd up to see what is happening in front of them.

We are looking up the barrel of tyranny. Yes, tyranny right here in America. I won’t let it happen without a fight. I have learned a lot over the last five years. I had suspected that there was something wrong with our system. I didn’t know quite what. “You only know what they want you to know”. This is something my late father used to tell me when I was growing up. He was right about that and everything else. He used to tell me to ask who, what, where, when, why, and how. And never stop asking. As I have gotten older I have been remembering more things he used to tell me. I look forward to. 

Here is what I have learned in five years:

1. You can’t force people to wake up. This I have learned the hard way. I spent the first year trying to push people into seeing the truth. I didn’t know what the full truth was then so it’s probably better that people didn’t listen so much. 
2. There are players in this game that we don’t know about. They are behind the curtains like in The Wizard of Oz. Perhaps that movie was symbolic of our reality. 
3. There is more to a book then it’s binding. We have been told how evil Socialism and Communism are. No real explanations were given, just trust us. After all, your government would never lie to you. Or so we are raised to believe. 
4. The government lies about everything. I mean everything. You name they have lied about it. I can’t believe that people have allowed this for so many generations, ie JFK. 

These are just four things off of the top of my head. Books I have found over the last year I didn’t know existed. I look forward to finding more books. I am also looking forward to the next five years with y’all. I hope we can grow our channel and help many more people realize the edge we are on. 

Over the past two weeks, I have purchased multiple cans and packs of precooked salmon. Then yesterday I decided ‘hey let’s compare the prepacked salmon against the fresh salmon’. What could possibly go wrong other than about a hundred things!!! Well needless to say not only did Antonia not appreciate being a guinea pig but she immediately spotted the difference.

No there was no smell you would associate with prepacked salmon. I tasted fine to me. I am sure in a jam we will be grateful to have it. However, that scenario will be the last recourse. As in nothing else available in the freezer, shelves canned commercially or home-canned. Yeah! The texture was a little off, but otherwise the prepacked is good.
