Welbilt ABM 6800 Bread Maker

This is a more upscale bread maker. I got it fairly cheap and hey, it will be awesome. I can say it is a bit bigger than the one I gave up. The control panel is awesome.

I don’t know what brand this is and I don’t care. I can see the food as it dehydrates and that is cool. There are only two racks and I can get more from Amazon.

This little baby is adorable at 12 quarts. I will have to get a hold of a manual for it or find someone on youtube like Liesa Sutton from Sutton Daze about an overview of it. So cute, I will leave a link below so you can get a look at their products.

Here we go again! Let’s be honest. Anyone with the equipment to mass-produce envelopes could have sent these seeds in envelopes with Chinese writing. Who would have that capability…. Well, the government would. Our government. When you look at all the stunts being pulled it shouldn’t be a surprise that they have the ability to do this. A man in Arkansas planted the seeds and miracles of miracles he got what looked like squash. Of course, the folks at Arkansas Agri Department are going to graciously come out and remove. It could do something dangerous like produce vegetables I mean, it could be evasive. Also, USDA has decided that hugging backyard chickens could give you salmonella. Yeah! To get salmonella you have to consume the chicken and/or products of it to get salmonella poisoning. However, there are people stupid enough to believe that. Lastly, on this subject, don’t grow your own vegetables for God’s sake. Buy them. Apparently, people are dying after eating homegrown food. Never mind the millions who have died from eating mass-produced food. The FDA has an article which details what is and isn’t acceptable in our food. Furthermore in the line of stupid, congress is looking to seize, again I mean steal, equipment from homesteaders which could build guns. A lot of homesteaders have the equipment they need to build anything from fences to buildings. This equipment could also be used to build dangerous guns for responsible people.

Below is a list of print outs I got. Now the one I’m not printing because it’s so massive is the LDS manual. That is only $24.99 on Amazon and that is about what  I pay for ink and then the paper can cost a small fortune. So, with that, I will be purchasing this book through Amazon. Also, I plan on getting the National Center for Home Food Preservation’s book through Amazon because of the cost of printing it myself to buying is great.

Alright, y’all. We got everything done that we could get done. The only thing left is her school to setup a date to exchange last semester books for this semester’s books. That is out of my control and there’s nothing I can do about it. This is giving me serious anxiety. 

I used eight cups of water with about a quarter cup of chicken grandules. You can get this in the Hispanic aisle of  your local Wal-Mart. It’s made by Knorr. The Insta Pot does have a poultry button you can use if the chicken is under three pounds. Because I did two bags per run I used 30 minute sessions. Of course, this isn’t counting the pressuring and depressuring time. 

Once done the chicken should be cool enough to handle comfortably. Then began shredding with forks or by hand. Yes, you can use your food processor or mixer. I just didn’t want to deal with one more piece of equipment. And most people don’t have the items mentioned above. 

At this point if you are doing a once a month food prep you can, (probably should) weight the chicken to make sure it is on the one pound exactly. I didn’t. In between doing the video I cleaned and organized the freezers and place my flour in the bottom of the chest freezer. 

If you decide to freeze the chicken make sure the bags seal. Only two of mine sealed as they should. I bought the sealer from Ollie’s here in Monroe and it didn’t cost much. Now I see why. 

I seem to be having tech issues today. The post I planned for today will be put up tomorrow. Not the way I wanted to start the week off.

I am going to take a week to inventory what we have and what need for my daughter’s up coming school year. We have to figure out how it’s going to look and balance school and a part-time job again.

After giving this much-needed thought, I have come to the conclusion that it’s anti-North Korea propaganda. Here is why, after searching foreign papers English version, none of them are talking about this. Not at the length as our lovely media is. 

Would I be surprised if it’s actually happening?  No. Could this be Humpty Dumpty Pompeo propaganda? Yes. That is what he did at the CIA. Could it happen here? Yes. I know that isn’t going to be a popular opinion, but when you see people around you sleeping in parking lots not because they’re too intoxicated to go home, or too high to go home, rather they no longer have a home. Kids going hungry in America. Think about that for a minute. People working full-time and part-time jobs and still can’t keep a roof over their heads and food on their table. It’s only a matter of time till we start eating our pets that are big enough to process. 

I conservatively give us about six months to two years. Why such a broad span? It’s going to take time for the upper-middle class to catch up with the lower-middle class. They are both crashing, it’s just a matter of how far they have to go to crash with the rest of America.
