Goals for Scratch Kitchen
The goals for this channel for the year 2021 are simple.
- We are going to do more videos in the kitchen.
- Share information on shortages of food, coins, and cleaning supplies.
- Share food preserving projects.
- Learn more about substitutions. Every cookbook has this chart and we are going to learn how to utilize them.
- Do more pantry meals. This is using what people get from Food Banks (or whatever they are called in your area) and making great meals.
- Explore depression era cooking and baking.
- Get back to doing sourdough projects later this year.
- Use the four pantry meals.
- Do more with the Instant Pot and Crock Pot.
- More viewer interaction. That means with me to yβall and yβall interacting with each other.
There are the goals for Scratch Kitchen.Β
As soon as the video is up I will share it.
