Here we go again y’all. Corporations are getting ready to jack up prices because they can. And the American government is doing nothing to stop them. Why would they? The politicians take bribes to turn a blind eye.
India has had to limit their exports due to floods and the monsoon season that started last month and runs till September. Why is this important? It means some rice varieties and grains will be restricted. Oils are also being restricted in other areas of the South Pacific. People are already panic buying. Except those of us who have been building up our supplies aren’t panicking because we saw this coming.
The coming financial crisis, I suspect this will make the Great Depression look like fun. Danmo talked about people fighting over food. Seriously! I live in a state being affected by this disaster, Michigan. Danno listed off some other states.
If you remember the TPP: toilet paper panic. Danno made the comparison to the TPP in 2020, this will be as bad. Actually, I think it will be worse.
The bottom line y’all, is this, we are in for some insanely hard times. Instead of behaving like squabbling brats, we need to push aside issues our media brainwash us into believing we have.
