Yesterday I guess I started posting salads and sides for the 4th of July. Anyway, here we go.
CUCUMBERS: Use the ones you like. Peel or not to peel… The age old question. Each to our own.
ONION: Slice it in rings. Personally, I’m not a fan of raw onions. You could soak them in water to help reduce the raw texture.
TOMATOES: Use the tomatoes you like.
VINEGAR: Use what you have and you like.
SEASONINGS: The usual suspects here. Salt, pepper, basil and parsley. Oil again, use what you have.
