Weekly Reset!

Yesterday I did something I had seen all over the net. A weekly reset. You clear out your fridge before cooking a new meal. It was quick and easy. It also freed up dishes. My only question was, what took me so long? Honestly I don’t know.

There are many youtubers who do this. Just search Weekly Reset and you will be surprised by the results. It doesn’t have to be this big production. We aren’t talking ablut an all out s rubbing. Once a month is good enough for a scrubbing. Once a week go through the fridge and get rid off leftovers that are left because you and/or your family is over them. If it’s soup, freeze it. Or can it.

Cold cuts. Sandwich bar. Last one. Well for that week. I think you get the idea.

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch. Before convince food was everywhere. Oh, those were the days... Let's reclaim them and start cooking from scratch again.
