Summer is hot enough as is. So here’s how we meal plan. EASY. Three days at a time. It saves gime and money.
SHOPPING: We do this on Thursday or Friday. We see what’s on sale and add to what we already have. If you can go once a month with refill runs.
MEALS: We don’t use the oven if we don’t have to. If we need to it’s early morning or late night. And we do batch cooking then.
GO OUTSIDE: Seriously! Get outside as much as possible. Of course, we in the north and north east areas are under air quality watch so use caution if you live here. Otherwise, plan on using your grill to make several meals at one time.
