Freezing food is a great idea. Y’all know I have been sharing Jamerrill Stewart, Amy Mayron and Kimmie Hughes channels for some time now. Especially their freezer meals.
Adeline renforces this concept. Of course, you have to to do this in a manner that is safe foryour freezer. Because they are expensive and it helps to preserve the food as well. Besides when you freeze meals you cook, you know what’s in them. I often wonder why people buy these garbage in boxes called convenience meals. Do they not understand why is in these? The preservatives are things most people can’t identify.
Time! Where do you get the time to make freezer meals? Simple. Take one day a week and do some batch cooking or each time you make a meal, double (or triple) the recipe and freeze it. You see these Tyson meals with a roast and veggies. Do the same and add seasoning when you’re ready to throw the roast in your oven or Crockpot or Insta Pot.
