Awesome! Ketchup is easy to make. Once you get the method down you can change the flavor profile anyway you want. Below are some suggestions.
ROASTED GARLIC: Instead of using powder use roasted garlic made in a paste. Sounds hard! Nope. Just take the roasted garlic a smash it till it makes a paste. Then add to sauce.
SRIRACHA KETCHUP: If you’re a fan of this newest spicy sauce, then add it. WARNING: the flavors will intensify if you can it. You’ve been warned. It can be stored for a period in your fridge.
CHILI KETCHUP: Putting chilies in ketchup can give a major boost to the flavor. You can use any chili you (and your family like).
Ketchup has come a long way since it was first made. I don’t know exactly who first made it, but I am glad they did.
