Frugal Homemaking

Look at this… 👀 https://pin.it/yoQKC0a

Here’s so tips for frugal homemaking. Manuela owns A Cultivated Nest and this blog is from one of her team members. While this is looking at a daily schedule, below are things we do to run a ftugal home.

SLOW COOKER: Using your slow cooker/Insta Pot during the summer will save you you a fortune. Don’t forget your air fryer.

CLEANING: I have a basic water and vinegar spray I use for quick clean ups.

CLOTH: Using cloth towels for cleaning saves a fortune. I do laundry twice a week anyway. Dry your laundry outside if possible.

OPEN WINDOWS: During the summer it can be insanely hot and expensive too. That’s because of air conditioners. Holy cow! By opening windows and having fans you will save money.

WATCH PRICES AND MYOTO: Watching the prices at your favorite stores is important. Understanding the unit price and how units are in a box will help you understand if a sale is a sale or not. Pinterest is a great FREE resource for MYOTO (Make Your Own Take Out) meals.

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch. Before convince food was everywhere. Oh, those were the days... Let's reclaim them and start cooking from scratch again.
