This sounds delicious. The picture reminds me of a giant hot pocket. Below is a breakdown of each component.

BREAD: This starts as a typical bread dough. What makes this dough different is the egg yolks.

BILINI: This isn’t anything amazing. The filling layers are amazing.

MEAT FILLING: What would make this amazing is the dill. I love the aroma of dill.
