I am going to be busy for the next three days. Sarge (our Pomeranian) is having a surgical procedure and I am going to be busy looking after him. Here is the recipes that stood out.

ARUGULA SALAD: This is a simple salad with clean flavors. The olive oil and lemon are awesome together. With the Parmesan Cheese brings a saltiness that isn’t too much.

STANDING RIB ROAST: Beef is expensive so you should respect it and treat it with care. Season it appropriately.

HONEY HARISSA RANIBOW CARROTS: This is the last one. These aren’t your average carrots. They are sweet and spicy. In other words, plenty of attitude.
