Throw Back Thrusday wouldn’t be complete without a pot roast. Seriously! This one is has three main ingredients. Roast, ranch dressing seasoning pack and au jus seasoning pack. This recipe doesn’t call for water. I am not sure who decided boiled meat was delicious, but it’s not. If you decide you need water you can use a metal rack which fits your crockpot.

What to serve with it? Salad, mashed potatoes, or perhaps mac and cheese. Dessert! Pie would be awesome.
