For the next three weeks we will look at ideas for Christmas Eve Dinner. Think about! Christmas Day Dinner has so much pressure. A Christmas Eve Dinner would be perfect alternative. Below will be ideas that stood out to me.

MAKEOVER TRADITIONAL LASAGNA: Who doesn’t love Lasagne in some form or another? This one is a remake of traditional Lasagna. Using turkey sausage instead of pork sausage. Other than that it’s the traditional Lasagna.

JUCY HERB-ROASTED TURKEY: Yeah! A turkey on Christmas Eve. Pot luck the sides. And for Christmas you could have Turkey Dumpling Soup or turkey Tamales.

CHICKEN ALFREDO LASAGNA: Hello! Fettuccine Alfredo is my favorite meal to have at Olive Garden. I make a killer version at home. This lasagna has the chicken with Alfredo with lasagna pasta. OMG! I am not a big fan of asiago cheese. So I would double up on the parm and mozz. Adding cream cheese. Yeah!

HOLIDAY HERB-CHEESE ROLLS: Again the bread sticks at Olive Garden and Red Lobster rolls are a favorite. These would combine both.

MEATBALL CHILI WITH DUMPLINGS: This caught my eye. It’s meatballs in chili with cornmeal dumplings. Chili and cornbread go great together. This just puts them in one pot. You could do this in a slow cooker.

RICH SEAFOOD CHOWDER: If you live on a coastal area here’s an awesome idea for you. Chowder. Catch your seafood fresh and make this chowder or any one of these meals in the post.
