Kate and Dustin at Live Craft Eat (www.livecrafteat.com) make these chicken enchiladas and they look delicious.

Plus they give directions to freezing this meal. We’re going to look at the recipe itself. Super easy. And it would be great way to use chicken you have in your freezer that needs to be used. Or if you are blessed with rotisserie chicken or four (you need 7 1/2 cups). You could cut the recipe in half.

You’ve got cream of chicken soup with sour cream. The chili’s in it won’t be super spicy. They will bring the right amount of bite. Tortillas are up next. I recommend taco or fajita size. They will roll up easy.

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch.
