My daughter has fallen in love with Jimmy John’s Turkey Tom. Like any good mom I found the recipe for the roll. Above is a link to a copycat version.

Let’s talk bread. These rolls have a wonderful crumb on the inside. Nice and soft. The crust has a crispy flaky outside. The filling is mayo, Turkey, cheese, and lettuce with Tomato.

I have to say these sandwiches are better than Subway.
