With Thanksgiving around the corner, Americans face a serious problem; inflation. Inflation is driving the cost up so high that many families may not have a large feast for Thanksgiving. It breaks my heart to think about that. So we are going to look at possibly dinners that give the same flavors with less cost.
Our first post will be this one. Turkey Meatballs in Gravy. The meatballs have ALL the flavors we put on a turkey, just in a ball form. I came across a similar video on Pinterest and got inspired. I am also watching Rudy aka Alaska Prepper (YouTube). He always inspires me.
What to serve with the meatballs? What do you usually have at Thanksgiving? Mashed Potatoes, dressing, corn, green beans (or green bean casserole), and sweet potatoes. Rolls! Remember, it’s still a turkey dinner, just different form.
