Soups: Using Preserved Food

Soups and stews are a great way to use the food you have harvested. Even if you are using freeze dried vegetables you freeze dried, dehydrated or canned.

Speak of canning, most of these soups could be canned according to the time for the lowest acid food. So if you have beans in your soup, can for their time. Now the problem is this, beans have a long processing time. Which means your vegetables may be mushy. So I would can those separate.
