Asian Garlic Noodles

I love garlic and noodles. This has both. The best thing about this is tou already have everything you need to make it.

PROTEINS OR NOT: It’s your choice. This recipe has shrimp. You can keep it veggie only if you like. That will help keep your cost down. With the Oyster sauce you won’t miss the meat. It’s not as expensive as you might think compared to how long it last in your fridge and how little you need for a wonderful flavor.

VEGGIES: Go wild. Make your choice to what you have. With a noodle dish like this, it’s a good idea to cut veggies in what’s called Julienne slices. It’s fancy for small links. Amazon has an awesome Julienne slicer under twenty dollars. It comes with two other slicers… They are called LHS Peeler it’s a set of three for $8.99 plus tax. I do recommend these.
