25 Ways to Feed a Crowd

https://www.nobiggie.net/25-ways-feed-crowd/

Since September I’ve been posting harvest related items. Rather it’s canning your harvest or feeding the crowd assisting you, I hope these ppst have helped you (or future readers). Below are the ideas that stood out to me.

BAR: I am not talking about alcohol. (That can come later.) I am talking about salad bar. There’s a wedge salad bar here that caught my eye. Food bars are a great idea. Why? One is they are cheap to do if you potluck them. And people can assemble whatever dish how they like.

BAKED PASTA: These can feed a herd of people easily. Two or three pounds of pasta with sauce from your havest of tomatoes. The only thing you actually need to buy is cheese and maybe garlic bread. I would say buy garlic bread because you’ve already got your hands full.

SLIDERS: Sliders are another great way to feed a herd. There are infinite possibilities. Sloppy joes, Cuban inspired, or end favorite subs like Italian Subs.

DESSERT: Sheet pan desserts like the strawberry slab pie. Or a huge fruit salad served with whipped cream.

From here out I will still post recipes and share recipes designed to feed a crowd on Wednesdays. Except these will be geared to helping to relieve the rate of hunger among homeless families.

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch. Before convince food was everywhere. Oh, those were the days... Let's reclaim them and start cooking from scratch again.
