I seem to have developed a theme for Thursdays without trying. I say this because I have been posting casseroles for Thursdays. So, let’s roll with it. The casseroles in the post like all casseroles can be made ahead and frozen. We’re going to look at the ones that stood out to me the most.
HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE: First of all, it’s not a salad. You can add more veggies to it.
LOADED CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE: Yeah! Just throw in what you would a loaded baked potato or mashed potato casserole. Couldn’t be easier.
BREAKFAST CASSEROLE: there are two here. One is a french toast and the other is hashbrowns with ham.
CATTLE DRIVE CASSEROLE: This is a great casserole to have on hand. It’s got beef, beans, cheese and salsa. Hello! Okay I added the salsa.
