On to the recipe. You got savory and sweet with a balance of acid from Apple Cider Vinegar. Garlic is here of course. Soy sauce brings some salty. Worchester sauce bring a nice savory. Potatoes are absolutely divine. On top of that, one pan! Less mess.
Could it be frozen!!!! Why not? I think it would be a wonderful freezer meal. Or you could prep things like the sauce. Mix the sauce and freeze it then put everything in a bag together. Like a meal pack. You got the pork chops in a separate bag because they will be raw. Potatoes in one bag (parboil them before freezing). Then combine them together in a bag. Of course, you could freeze it cooked.
