Here’s a wonderful article about the Thai Cuisine Culture. This is something I didn’t know is that Thai chefs often cater dishes to customers taste. This however will often make French chefs scream. They will go screaming into the night.

Don’t get me wrong. I have the up most respect for these chefs. It takes years of work to be a great chef. A great deal of discipline as well. I would prefer Thai chefs over French chefs. Thai chefs are little more relaxed and more accommodating to customers.
