These are great recipes for summer rainy days. These recipes are beautiful. The veggies can be switched out for what your family likes. Proteins are up for grabs. Chicken, kielbasa and fish.
Karen also has two and three ingredient meals for the pressure cooker or slow cooker. I love barbecue sauce over pork or chicken. Pull either one and spread across toasted rolls. Serve with salad of any kind. Marinated vegetables would be a great alternative to heavy dressing based salads like macaroni salad. Don’t get me wrong, I love cole slaw and potato salad. I don’t like an expensive trip to the ER because a dairy based salad was left out to long.
If you try one of these meals share here please.
