Y’all know mama here loves fried rice. I haven’t had great fried rice in a while. Anytime I want something special my girl Wei never lets me down.

This fried rice is beautiful. It’s got pork, veggies, rice, and eggs. A wonderfully balanced sauce. It looks beautiful. I can’t wait to try it.
