If you love Thai food this is your dream come true site. Pai (Pailin) is a Thai chef from Canada. Her family is from Thailand specifically Bangkok. She grew up with a Thai nanny and then she discovered the love of cooking. The whole process was such a wonderful experience.
When Pai was young her parents sent her to New Zealand. This is where she found muffins. And other exotic fruits and veggies. When Pai returned to Thailand she attended an international school with teachers from America and Canada. So when you watch her video you will hear the the influnce of those teachers in her ability to speak English.
