https://www.inspirationforall.de/en/mushroom-stroganoff-vegan-recipe/

Here’s a vegan version of a Russian favorite. It sounded delicious. On top of that is the fact you could a variety of mushrooms.

Mush2come in so many variables. For every point on earth there’s a mushroom for it. I grew up eating white button mushrooms. I didn’t learn about Portabella mushrooms until my twenties. From there it was like a door was opened. Caraminis are baby bellas. Oyster mushrooms are used across Asian countries. The choices are endless.

Vegan milk. Again there is a huge variety of these. We use Almond milk unflavored. We aren’t vegan. We don’t really like the taste of cows milk. If you beed heavy cream try the coconut cream. It’s supposed to be like heavy cream. This industry has come a long way.

Onions. Rather you love them or hate them they add so much flavor. Yes they burn your eyes with their gases. I don’t know any way around it. I have tried everything. Nothing has worked.

I hope y’all will give this a try.
