Bolivian Empanadas

Empandas are like little hand pies of meat and cheese goodness. They vary from country to country. The seasoning will be slightly different.

These couldn’t be easier to make. Pie dough and filling of some kind. Seal and fry. It doesn’t have to be a savory filling. It could be a sweet filling.

That reminds me, you can also do dessert fillings for tamales. Personally, I prefer the savory. So hope y’all will exolore these little handpies.
