While living in Florida for 21 years I came across Mahi Mahi, Swordfish and Tuna steak. Yeah! These fish are the fish equivalent of prime rib.
Beautiful thick versatile flesh. Rather you grill it, bake, smoke or ceviche these cuts you will have the most delicious cut of fish. I will always pass on lobster for either of these cuts.
Any side could be served with these cuts. Go for it! Once in awhile these would be a great deal for a meal to spoil that special someone.
