I have been thinking about Sloppy Joes and Meatloaf for a couple weeks. I have also been craving burritos in any form. I don’t really care.

I found this by doing what I usually do. Search Pinterest. Yep! Pinterest to the rescue again. What did I find?

Does this look divine or what? I want to dive in head first. Use the Bold sauce and these would be Burrito Joes. I think I’ve uncovered a rabbit hole of Sloppy Joes. Sides. Chips and salsa of course would be awesome. Refried beans with rice and mixed veggies. Maybe sour cream or creama fresca. Queso fresco.
