Growing up in the South I have ate my share of chicken and dumplings. Rich broth with slow simmered chicken. The flour from the dumplings thickens the broth. So damn good.
This article appealed to the Southern Girl in me. All kind of dumplings from every point on the earth. I was particularly intrigued by the Thanksgiving Dumplings. Oh yeah! I plan on printing this out so I can have an easy quick recipe to grab.
