I enjoy Tessie’s channel so much. She shows how to make and can jelly the way folks use to. They didn’t go through the waterbath canning process. They used parafin wax. There’s a little issue about this process:IT’S NOT USDA APPROVED! Of course, there are still people who still do this and they’ve not lost anyone ever!

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch. Before convince food was everywhere. Oh, those were the days... Let's reclaim them and start cooking from scratch again.
