We have covered each part of a fiesta. Except for desert. What better then Flan. It’s rich delicious and velvety. Just slice of heaven. I am a fan of flan.

Here’s a recipe for a Puerto Rican version. This is the end of National Hispanic Heritage Month. I hope y’all will enjoy these recipes and explore the history behind the cultures.
