Here are several tips for a small Thanksgiving Feast. While I personally don’t think I would go out for a holiday meal, I certainly understand why people do that.

Years ago one of my cousins took us for Easter dinner at a Golden Corral in Florida. It was fun and the waiter made a nice tip. The meal was good. And no dishes afterward to clean.

Usually we eat a few things like chips and dip with deviled eggs. This replaces breakfast. Then dessert will be later so dinner is mute. A tip here I loved is plan for leftovers. I plan on making turkey pot pie.

Of course, we all may have a small problem. Product availability. Yeah! That doesn’t mean we can’t have a feast. Just maybe we have to tweak things a bit.

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch. Before convince food was everywhere. Oh, those were the days... Let's reclaim them and start cooking from scratch again.
