As you read this I am recovering from dental surgery on Thursday. I am sore to no end. I can’t eat solid foods till tomorrow. That sucks.

Here’s an old favorite of mine. Lobster Pizza. I remember it being heavenly. It actually was my introduction to using burrito shells for pizza.

The salt and garlic in the sauce balances out the sweet lobster meat. Lobster meat tends to be a little sweet. On this pizza it’s perfect.
