This salad looks delicious. It’s crunchy with the roasted peanuts. I wouldn’t even waste space in a bowl for croutons.

You have lot of attitude from the chilis. Marion does advise a way to lower the heat. Now she does something in this video I would never do. That is get shreds of papaya with a large knife. I would take a finger off.

She does give alternative ways of getting the shredded papaya. In the video Marion uses prawns however, you could use whatever meat you have or load up the veggies.
