This is why the internet is awesome. The colors in this stir fry are beautiful. They belong in a painting.

There are bell peppers of each color. Your choice of chicken, beef, seafood, or tofu. Be careful, the tofu will absorb spice quickly. I have no doubt you could make this vegan.
