Are you ready? Ready for stuff we can’t recognize when we see it? Things that we have no clue if they are meat, vegetables, or somewhere in between? Things that the hipsters claim to be planet friendly, but don’t ask about what is in them or how much energy it takes to make them?

This is the problem, this fake meat has many unknown ingredients and unknown side effects like allergies. You and I don’t know enough about it to say it’s a hundred percent perfect. I will buy pork chops before I’ll buy Impossible food.
