This post is mainly for beginners or it can be a refresher for experienced home cooks. I set for about twenty minutes looking for basic directions for pulling the meat off of a chicken carcass. I know Paula Deen did one years ago back when she first started on Food Network. I remember her picking parts of that bird I had not thought to pick.
