Lately it seems like I can’t get enough of this simple and wonderful soup. I think I have spent about $50 over the past two weeks on this soup alone. I know that sounds crazy. I do have a Chinese cookbook and I am going to get the process and taste down. Then we will make this soup together. If you do this soup before the video, please share your results.

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch. Before convince food was everywhere. Oh, those were the days... Let's reclaim them and start cooking from scratch again.
