With Easter around the corner I thought this would be a good article to put up. Shows how to pair cheeses with meats, fruits, and crackers. I personally no longer believe in the Easter lie. I never understood why you honor a man’s sacrifice by eating a meat a Jew would never touch; ham. My understanding is Jews don’t eat pork. Pigs are considered unclean and unworthy of eating or living. If you read this and have a clearer understanding of Jewish Cuisine, feel free to post.
