Pre-Holiday Canning Blueberry Pie Filling

I am so happy to say all of the jars sealed. Even the Kook lids that I wasn’t sure about. They actually sealed first. Happy with that investment. Look out Ball here comes KOOK! 

Below is a version of the recipe I used from the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving that I used. Anna Sakawsky made a few changes here but overall, it’s the same recipe.
