I got this book last week. It is the cutest little book on Sourdough and baking with it. I am looking forward to using and working my way through it. Razzle is doing great. He has produced enough starter to make biscuits. I can’t wait to do this. They are on page 18. I am going to do a straight biscuit nothing fancy. Just to get a fill for using sourdough starter. On page 9 is how to adapt regular bread recipes to use a sourdough starter. Awesome!
