Blueberry Bread

Wednesday, and day 3 of our Bake Mas. This is a simple bread you could give someone for shoveling you driveway or clearing snow from your sidewalk. It will make great toast in the morning. I am using a bread mix which means all the ingredients are pre-measured. I just spread butter on the inside. Then scatter dehydrated blueberries across the bread.

Bake it off at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and serve. In the morning slice then toast. I am sure Antonia will be surprised when she gets home and sees it. Below will be a link to a recipe for basic bread machine bread. If you don’t have a machine, don’t worry. Y can still make this bread. This is just eh way I did it this time.

Hello y'all! I have hit a point in my life that I miss the simple dishes and times that my parents grew up in. People were kind to each other and the food was homemade from scratch. Before convince food was everywhere. Oh, those were the days... Let's reclaim them and start cooking from scratch again.
